Overview
Kyosei Fitness ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account information you provide during sign-up and onboarding: name, email, age, sex, height, weight, goals, training and dietary preferences, and injuries. Data you log as you use the app: workout sessions, sets, reps and weights, RPE and discomfort feedback, nutrition and water intake, AI chat messages and memories, blood-work results you choose to upload, and doctor's advice notes. Usage and device data such as device type and approximate locale are collected automatically to keep the service running.
How we use your information
To create and personalise your training, nutrition and wellness coaching; to operate AI features that adapt to your feedback; to track progress and streaks; to process subscriptions and promo codes; to send optional reminders you enable; to provide support; and to improve the service. We never sell your personal data.
AI processing
Your profile, workout, nutrition and chat context may be sent to our AI providers to generate coaching responses. These providers process data only to deliver the service and do not use it to train their models.
Sharing and third parties
We use trusted providers to run the app: hosting and database (Base44), payment processing (our payment provider), and AI inference. Each handles only the data needed for their role and under their own privacy commitments. We disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual memories, logs and plans at any time, or delete your entire account and all associated data from Settings → Delete account & data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data at any time from within the app or by contacting us. If you are in the UK or EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Kyosei Fitness is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
