Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Kyosei Fitness. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Kyosei Fitness provides fitness, nutrition and wellness guidance through an AI coach called Kyo. It is a supportive tool, not a medical service. The guidance is general in nature and does not replace professional medical, physiotherapy or nutritional advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and payments
Kyosei Fitness offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Premium is £4.99 per month and Premium + Recovery is £7.99 per month, billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the app Settings or your device's account settings. There are no lock-in contracts. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period, then revert to the free tier with no further charges.
Trials and promo codes
From time to time we may offer free trial periods or promo codes. Trials and promo offers end as described at the point of offer; after a trial or promotional period ends, the subscription renews at the standard monthly price unless cancelled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information you provide and log. You grant us a licence to use it solely to operate and improve the service for you.
No medical advice
Kyosei Fitness does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for injuries, pain, or health concerns before acting on any guidance in the app.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on its guidance.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
